Came in for lunch and got the beef kebab and mixed kebab combos and the beef, onion and cheese gozleme. The kebabs both tasted great, nice fresh meat and not stingy with sauce with just the right amount of filling. The gozleme was perfectly crispy and very flavourful. Did not leave you with a heavy gross feeling afterwards. Chips were crunchy and perfectly seasoned. Customer service was top notch and amazing! very friendly and attentive. All menu items were all very affordable and decently priced. Will definitely be back to try the skewers next.

Literally the best, not salty and oily like the other kebab places. Pickles are amazing too. Lamb kebab plate with sour cream. I hope the team keep up the good work :)

Absolutely the best burgers and snack packs in marrylands town! The meat is always juicy, fresh, and full of flavour. The chips are crispy, portions are generous, and everything is made with great care. The staff are friendly, quick, and always welcoming. I've had my fair share of Turkish food and this place hit the spot. The last time i had food this good was back home in turkey. Service is amazing, all staff including the owner are the nicest people. Very welcoming. Take my word for it and try their mixed shish plate. Great work guys will definitely be back for more.

Absolutely delicious! Hayat Kebab is one of the best kebab places I’ve ever tried. The meat is always tender and full of flavour, the wraps are fresh, and the sauces are perfectly balanced. The place has a really warm and welcoming atmosphere, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive from the moment I walked in. The food was absolutely delicious authentic Turkish flavours, beautifully presented, and full of freshness. Every dish felt like it was made with care and tradition in mind. The portions were generous, and the taste definitely lived up to the high ratings. Overall, a fantastic experience, great food, lovely people, and genuine hospitality.
